Perigon Group is partnering with a growing, diversified family-owned group seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to improve systems, drive process improvements, and provide strategic insights across the business.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee finance operations across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Month-end close, reporting, and group consolidations
• Cash flow forecasting, scenario modelling, and funding arrangements
• Compliance across BAS, payroll tax, super, WorkCover, and statutory reporting
• Improving finance systems and ensuring data integrity
• Partnering with business leaders to provide commercial insights
• Leading and developing a small finance team

• CPA/CA qualified (or equivalent) with multi-entity experience
• Skilled in systems, reporting, and process improvement
• Confident communicator able to partner with senior stakeholders
• Hands-on and proactive, able to balance detail with strategic perspective
