The Role

As Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in guiding financial operations and ensuring the integrity of reporting and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Manage a finance team, providing guidance, development, and support.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple projects and business units.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements to streamline finance operations.

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or senior accounting/finance professional.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting, reporting, and compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
