The Role

As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a critical role in guiding financial operations and ensuring the integrity of reporting and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing end-to-end financial accounting and statutory reporting
• Leading and developing a team of finance professionals to deliver accurate and timely outputs
• Driving improvements in financial processes, controls, and systems
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making

• CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong background in financial accounting within professional services or related industries
• Proven experience leading and developing small teams
• Excellent technical accounting skills and knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across the business
