The Role
   
As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the finance function across both corporate and investment structures, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, driving commercial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
  
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for a technically strong finance professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
   
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end financial reporting and control across multiple entities
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory obligations
• Deliver consolidated monthly management reports and board packs
• Partner with leadership on forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis
• Lead continuous improvement in systems, processes and controls
• Manage investor and external stakeholder relationships
• Mentor a small finance team and build scalable finance capability

• CA/CPA qualified with several years post-qualified experience
• Background in investment, funds management, infrastructure or related commercial sectors
• Proven experience working across complex structures (trusts, SPVs, funds, etc.)
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• Confident communicator who enjoys working in a lean, high-performing environment
• Advanced Excel and system skills (e.g. MYOB, Business Central, or similar)
