The Role
   
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, adaptable, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and wider team to manage daily finance and admin tasks, with a particular focus on accounts payable.

• Processing and allocating a high volume of invoices, coordinating approvals, and assisting with weekly and monthly payment runs
• Monitoring and managing the shared admin inbox and handling fluctuating communication volumes
• Supporting month-end processes, including reconciliation activities and reporting
• Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets, ensuring timely updates and consistent filing practices
• Using the Cheops system for daily finance functions, and adapting to varying workloads, especially around end-of-month periods
