The Role
As a Finance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions and reporting through:
- Processing invoices, preparing batch payments, and reconciling creditor statements.
- AR duties, managing related party transactions.
- Compiling and maintaining weekly accounts payable reports.
- Assisting in the transition from manual to electronic approval systems.
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries.
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks.
About You
- At least 12 months of experience in a finance-related role.
- Strong numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
