    The Role

    This is a key role within the finance team, responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and customer-focused financial services across a broad range of functions. You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring stakeholders receive clear advice and dependable support while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

    The position is suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a service-oriented finance environment, and can build strong working relationships across different teams.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver high-quality client financial services with a strong commitment to customer service
    • Provide first-line support across core financial functions including purchasing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, delegations, financial approvals, and advice
    • Contribute to the improvement of financial policies, processes, and practices
    • Build positive and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, representing Finance Support Services at relevant meetings and forums
    • Work collaboratively with team members while also managing tasks independently
    • Use finance systems to enter, track, and manage a wide range of transactions with a high level of accuracy
    About You
    • Qualifications and/or experience equivalent to a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply logical reasoning to resolve issues
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
    • Experience using Oracle Financials or similar finance systems, and strong digital literacy in MS Office (especially Excel)
    • A customer-service mindset and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality support
