The Role
Sitting within a high-performing Finance & Commercial function, you’ll partner closely with leaders across finance, commercial, and operational teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering budgeting, forecasting, month-end, and financial reporting across core business units
- Providing analysis on trading performance, consumer trends, cost drivers, and margin outcomes
- Supporting financing operations, including group financials, cashflow, cost analysis, and treasury models
- Partnering directly with key finance leaders and executives
- Enhancing reporting, dashboards, systems, and forecasting tools to support scale
You’ll thrive if you’re sharp, curious, and commercially engaged.
- Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- CA/CPA qualified or progressing
- ~3–5 years’ experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or audit/advisory
- Strong Excel and modelling capability; exposure to ERPs and reporting tools
- Confident communicator who enjoys business partnering and solving commercial problems
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities
