Opportunity to join a ASX 100 property business as a Financial Accountant and play an instrumental role within their close-knit highly collaborative team. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and take ownership of the audit process.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and meaningful analysis for stakeholders
• Own the month-end and year-end close processes, delivering results to a high standard and within deadlines
• Lead the external audit process, coordinating audit requests and maintaining strong relationships with auditors
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions, highlighting risks, trends, and opportunities
• Collaborate with the wider finance team to enhance budgeting and forecasting processes and improve financial models
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and strengthen financial controls
• Partner with operational and finance stakeholders to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance team

• CPA/CA qualification or close to completion
• 3+ years total experience in financial accounting, preferably within the property/funds management space
• Confident in stakeholder management
