The role
Reporting into the CFO, and with a dotted line into the Finance Director, this role you'll look to maintain and build best practice FP&A processes across ANZ for the division as well as assist in group initiatives.
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you will have a broad remit encompassing decision support, investment cases, strategic financial planning, forecasting, modelling, insights, analysis and management reporting, with a focus on driving business performance and supporting the strategic objectives of the Group
Would will also be a proven leader, as this role involves the management of 2 analysts
The Successful Candidate
- Circa 3+ years working experience in a similar role, with proven business partnering skills within a complex business/es - ideally in retail, FMCG, consumer goods, e-commerce or related industry - or aged/health care
- Full CA / CPA qualifications (preferred but non-essential)
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent presentation and first-class communication skills
