    About the Role
    We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment or sales career who is eager to learn and develop. You will receive full training and support to build your skills across the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, supporting client needs, and contributing to the team’s success.
      
    Key Responsibilities

    • Business Development: Identify, call and meet with potential clients. Develop ongoing relationships.
    • Candidate Sourcing & Management: Sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Interview and support candidates through the recruitment process by preparing them accordingly, arranging interviews and providing updates.
    • Client Support: Conduct calls and meetings to understand client needs and deliver great advice and service.
    • Recruitment Support: Manage job ads, applications, and candidate communication. Shortlist appropriate candidates and liaise with clients on suitability. Manage communication around the interview process, offers and feedback to all parties.
    • Team Contribution: Collaborate with colleagues across different divisions, share insights, and contribute positively to the team environment.
    Required Experience
    • A newly completed/near completed Degree (Commerce, Business, Psychology, Arts) – ideal but not essential
    • Experience in customer service, sales, or administration (recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential).
    • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people at all levels.
    • A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on feedback.
    • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
