About the Role:
We're seeking a confident HR Administrator to support a busy HR team on a 6-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension or permanency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and new employee setup
- Draft employment contracts and maintain employee records
- Monitor and action items in the HR inbox
- Support the broader HR team with general admin tasks
- Previous experience in a fast-paced HR admin or coordinator role
- Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
- A calm and focused approach
- Ability to adapt to existing processes and systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Monday to Friday, full-time hours (flexible start between 7.30am–9am)
- Office-based role located in North Rocks
- Onsite parking available
- Immediate start preferred (1st July)
