    Join a large, fast-paced business in the electrical and industrial wholesale space as they navigate a busy period of growth, this is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to hit the ground running.

    About the Role:
    We're seeking a confident HR Administrator to support a busy HR team on a 6-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension or permanency. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage onboarding and new employee setup
    • Draft employment contracts and maintain employee records
    • Monitor and action items in the HR inbox
    • Support the broader HR team with general admin tasks
    What You’ll Bring:
    • Previous experience in a fast-paced HR admin or coordinator role
    • Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
    • A calm and focused approach
    • Ability to adapt to existing processes and systems
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    The Details:
    • Monday to Friday, full-time hours (flexible start between 7.30am–9am)
    • Office-based role located in North Rocks
    • Onsite parking available
    • Immediate start preferred (1st July)
