We’re on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor
who’s ready to jump in and make an impact. This is a hands-on contract role supporting a small and values-driven People & Culture team, where you'll play a key part in helping us deliver fair, practical and people-centred outcomes across a wide variety of workplace matters.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s confident managing employee relations issues, can work autonomously, and is happy to roll up their sleeves.
This role is being offered on a 3-month temporary contract with an immediate start required.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and resolving employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, grievances and investigations
- Providing trusted advice and coaching to leaders on ER processes, policies, and best practice
- Supporting the consistent and fair application of policies and procedures
- Contributing to policy updates, process improvements and HR documentation
- Assisting with a range of generalist P&C initiatives as needed
- Proven experience managing end-to-end employee relations matters
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation and best-practice ER approaches
- Ability to build relationships quickly and influence with confidence
- High attention to detail and sound judgement under pressure
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and calm, professional approach
