    About the Role
      
    We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their high-performing team in a full-time, permanent role. This position offers the chance to partner closely with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support that truly impacts people and performance.
      
    You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle, supporting everything from employee relations and performance to learning and development, change management, and culture initiatives.
      
    About You
      
    You’re a confident and capable HR professional with 3+ years’ experience as a HR Business Partner or Generalist in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
      
    You’re commercially aware, a great communicator, and skilled at building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You bring sound judgement and a calm, considered approach to complex employee relations matters, and you're motivated by aligning HR strategy with business needs.
      
    This role would suit someone who enjoys working autonomously but thrives in a supportive, collaborative team culture.
