We’re seeking a dynamic People & Culture Coordinator
to join a professional services organisation on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role is perfect for someone looking to step into a broad HR role where no two days are the same in this corporate, Brisbane based organisation.
In this role you’ll:
- Be the go-to contact for employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support
- Manage recruitment administration including advertising, scheduling and candidate communications
- Drive smooth onboarding experiences and support learning initiatives
- Assist with HR data management, reporting and payroll inputs
- Play a key role in wellbeing, inclusion and engagement activities
- Draft and prepare documentation to support HR processes and decision-making
- Support change programs and contribute ideas for process improvement
- 3+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role or at coordinator level
- A solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills
- Someone who builds relationships with ease and communicates with confidence
- A discreet and professional approach with the ability to handle sensitive information
- Adaptability and enthusiasm to contribute to a wide variety of people-focused initiatives
