We are partnering with a respected healthcare organisation seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist
to join their team on an 8-week temporary assignment. This role is not about implementation, the platform is already in place, but about optimising how the system is configured and used across the business. You’ll play a key role in redesigning workflows, streamlining processes, and ensuring the system delivers maximum value to both HR and operational leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and optimise the existing HRIS (ELMO) configuration to improve functionality and usability.
- Redesign system workflows, processes, and reporting to align with business needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance automation, data accuracy, and system efficiencies.
- Provide recommendations on best practice system utilisation and implement changes.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure the system supports employee lifecycle processes effectively.
- Deliver user support, training, and guidance to improve adoption across the business.
- Proven experience in an HR Systems Specialist / HRIS Analyst role with a strong track record in system optimisation and configuration.
- Deep knowledge of ELMO HRIS is essential.
- Experience working within a small to medium sized business environment, where adaptability and hands-on problem solving are key.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Available for an immediate start and able to commit to the full assignment.
- 8-week temporary contract with potential for extension.
