We’re exclusively partnering with a globally iconic luxury group to recruit a Purchasing Manager to support their Australia & New Zealand operations. This role is ideal for a commercially sharp procurement professional with experience in advertising, marketing, and indirect services procurement.

This is a high-visibility contract role through to the end of November (with a strong chance of extension) and sits at the intersection of procurement and brand delivery, supporting major marketing campaigns, A&P activation's, and agency partnerships.

What you’ll be doing: Reporting to the APAC Purchasing Director and working closely with local teams, you’ll own the full purchasing life-cycle across ANZ, including:

    • Advertising & Promotion (A&P): Sourcing and managing marketing & media agencies, creative suppliers, events & activation partners
    • Indirect procurement: Office operations, general services, and admin support
    • Vendor management: Negotiating supplier contracts, handling renewals, ensuring compliance
    • Stakeholder engagement: Partnering with Marketing, Finance, and Regional Procurement to support campaign timelines and supplier alignment
This is a standalone role with both BAU and project-based responsibilities — perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.
    What we’re looking for:
    • Experience in purchasing/procurement with a strong focus on A&P, marketing, or indirect services
    • Confidence managing agency/vendor relationships, RFQs, and negotiating commercial terms
    • Familiarity with creative, media, or brand campaign workflows
    • Proven ability to partner with marketing and finance stakeholders
    • Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a global matrix structure

    • Join an industry-leading luxury group with a reputation for excellence
    • Beautiful CBD offices with a collaborative, high-performing team
    • Start ASAP
If you’re a procurement professional who’s partnered with marketing teams, managed agency contracts, and understands how procurement supports brand and campaign success, we’d love to hear from you.
