Our client is a unique and market leading services group based in Brisbane CBD. They are now looking for an Invoicing Clerk to join their Finance team during a period of exciting growth and development.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Generate and allocate invoices to specific projects, verifying allocations with operations to ensure alignment of costs with projects and equipment.
- Accurately input data into the database from varied sources.
- Review and validate large datasets in Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify improvements in invoicing and accounts receivable processes, contributing to system enhancements for greater efficiency.
- Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, or similar, with 1-2 years of invoicing or data processing experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Accuracy and integrity in handling financial data.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive.
