Part-Time IT Support – CBD Location | Student Visas Welcome
We are currently seeking a tech-savvy and proactive IT Support Officer
to join a high-performing APAC team in a global brand's Sydney CBD office.
This is a part-time opportunity (20 hours per week), ideal for someone with a passion for IT hardware and hands-on support. You’ll be instrumental in onboarding new employees, setting up laptops and workstations, and providing general helpdesk assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare and configure laptops and IT equipment for new hires
- Assist with onboarding setup including logins, hardware, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and support hardware-related issues (Windows/Mac)
- Liaise with the broader IT team to escalate or resolve support tickets
- Maintain inventory of equipment and accessories
- Prior helpdesk or IT support experience is essential
- Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using ticketing systems and basic IT tools
- Location: Sydney CBD
- Hours: 20 hours per week – flexible
