Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join their Technology team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support across end-user devices, IT systems, and security. You’ll play a key role in troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring system integrity, and providing excellent service to internal stakeholders.

This role is based in the office five days per week working as the individual IT representative in their Sydney office but supported by a larger IT team in their interstate head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote IT support for end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Assist with system administration, maintenance, and security updates.
- Monitor and improve IT system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Support IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to security best practices.
- Maintain IT documentation and assist in process improvements.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT support, working with Microsoft end-user systems. Ideally in a commercial environment (Client side)
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, iOS, and Android mobile devices.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to IT troubleshooting.
- Customer Focus: Ability to communicate complex IT issues in a clear and professional manner.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in IT or relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare) preferred.
- Compliance: Must hold or be able to obtain a current National Police Certificate.
- Must hold either Aus/NZ Citizenship or PR status
