We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to work within the Property team in Adelaide.
The duties:
Working within a friendly, experienced and collaborative team, you will be responsible for:
- Working on large documents, recording track changes and mark ups.
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, reports, emails, memos and letters
- Personal assistant tasks (diary and travel management)
- Organisation of meetings, both internal and external
- Liaising with clients and staff on day to day matters
- Assisting with preparation of briefs, court books and court documents
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Proficiency using Expert or similar accounting package and FileSite or similar document; management system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of the importance of client confidentiality.
- The ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Initiative and the ability to work unsupervised.
