From monthly reporting and analysis to partnering on budgets and new acquisitions, this role offers real variety, visibility, and the opportunity to help shape operational outcomes in a fast-paced, people-focused industry. This role could be well suited to an up and coming commercial finance professional, or a more tenured existing Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner / Finance Analyst.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly P&L reporting and performance analysis across multiple regions
• Act as a trusted advisor to operations managers—translating numbers into insights
• Lead and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles
• Play a key role in onboarding new acquisitions, integrating systems and processes
• Maintain and improve the integrity of financial and operational data

• CA/CPA qualified or progressing, with relevant tertiary qualifications
• Strong grounding in management accounting or commercial finance
• Confident with Excel and financial system, able to turn data into action
• A clear communicator who builds relationships across all levels
• Proactive, curious, and keen to grow in a collaborative, high-performance team
