The Role
Ideal for a self-driven professional with strong technical capability, you’ll play a critical part in supporting operational decision-making through timely reporting, budgeting, and analysis. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to both day-to-day and forward-looking financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate month-end reporting and support the preparation of management accounts
- Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting cycle, ensuring robust inputs and clear financial insights
- Manage cashflow forecasting and daily cashflow reporting to support operational planning
- Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis to key stakeholders
- Maintain oversight of financial controls and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar analytical accounting role
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and core management reporting processes
- Advanced Excel capabilities; experience with cloud-based accounting systems is desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
