    A privately backed organisation with a strong pipeline of growth is looking to appoint a Management Accountant to support expanding operations and strengthen financial insight. With a focus on data quality, strategic planning and operational performance, the business offers an environment where finance plays a genuine commercial role.
     

    The Role

      
    This role is suited to an analytical accountant who enjoys working with both numbers and people. You’ll be responsible for generating meaningful financial insight, shaping forecasts, and helping leaders understand performance across several business units.
     
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Deliver monthly results and ensure accuracy of accounts
    • Produce clear reporting packs with commentary on movements and trends
    • Build and refine budgets, forecasts and scenario models
    • Analyse business performance, cost drivers and margins
    • Maintain dashboards and support KPI measurement
    • Support decision-making through targeted financial analysis
    • Contribute to valuations, modelling reviews and commercial assessments
    • Identify improvements to reporting, processes and data flow
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen financial understanding
     
    About You
     
    You’re someone who enjoys digging into data, creating clarity and helping shape decisions. You bring commercial curiosity as well as technical capability.
     
    You’ll bring:
    • Accounting/Finance degree; CA/CPA complete or progressing
    • Strong modelling and analytical skills
    • Experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
    • Ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly
    • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability
    • Confidence working with a broad range of stakeholders
    • A mindset geared toward process improvement and continuous learning
