The Opportunity
A newly created hands-on marketing role within the retail division of a leading property developer known for creating exceptional retail destinations. You'll be on-site delivering campaigns, events, and retailer engagement that drive traffic and sales. This role involves direct customer and retailer interaction in a fast-paced environment—you'll be in the thick of it, not behind a desk.
- Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 + super
- Location: Blacktown area

What You'll Do (Hands-On)
- Be the on-the-ground contact for retailers, running engagement programs and building strong partnerships
- Execute campaigns & events alongside the Marketing Manager
- Coordinate and deliver centre-wide marketing activations, working directly with customers and stakeholders on-site
- Implement strategies across social, email, and paid media to maximise reach and engagement
- Be part of the team on the ground - Join the duty manager roster (periodic weekend work with time in lieu)
What You Need
- 1-2 years' marketing experience in a retail or shopping centre role
- You juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a retail environment
- Confident writing copy and engaging face-to-face with retailers and customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required and ideally be familiar with Canva, Meltwater, or Meta Business Suite is desirable.
- An enthusiastic, proactive, and eager approach to contributing ideas and taking initiative
