This isn’t your standard 9–5—it’s a dynamic, people-focused role that reflects the energy of the fitness industry.
This is a full-time role with a rotating roster across 7 days, between 8am and 8pm, including some weekends and public holidays. Rosters are set in advance so you can still plan around your life.
Note: Only candidates eligible to commit to a permanent full-time contract will be considered. Unfortunately, working holiday visas are not supported.
What We’re Looking For
We’re on the lookout for confident, motivated sales professionals who are ready to bring energy, initiative, and a strong customer focus to the team. Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
- A people-first approach—you’re outgoing, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in health, fitness, or lifestyle
- Previous membership or fitness sales experience is a bonus, but not essential
