We’re seeking a highly organised and adaptable Office Administrator
to provide broad administrative and coordination support across day-to-day business operations. This role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role requires an ASAP start and will be a temporary role initially with the view of converting to a permanent position.
The Role
As the Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring business processes, communication, and administration are well-coordinated and efficient. Your day will be diverse, from managing travel and office logistics to assisting with reporting, document control, and system support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating travel, accommodation and scheduling requirements for team members
- Assisting with preparation of reports, documentation and internal communications
- Managing office facilities, suppliers and maintenance requests
- Maintaining accurate records, registers and procedural documentation
- Providing general administrative and project support to managers and teams
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination or office support role
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence using digital systems
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- A positive, adaptable attitude and strong sense of initiative
