Our client, a leading Australian consumer goods specialist, are looking to hire a Payroll Administrator for a 2-month contract. This would be suitable for an immediately available Payroll Administrator or Payroll Officer
The Role
This 2
-month contract
will be suitable for an immediately available
or soon to be immediately available Payroll Admin, who will report directly and collaborate with the Payroll Manager.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in processing end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain employee records and update payroll systems
- Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliation
- Support HR and Finance teams with payroll-related queries
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and awards
About You
If you are an experienced Payroll Admin looking to take your career to the next level, then this role is for you.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Award interpretation (required)
- High volume and multi entity payroll processing experience
- 1-2 years' experience within a commercial business.
- Experience using large systems.
- Experience within consumer goods.
- Intermediate experience with Excel
- Eager to learn.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
