- Fortnightly Payroll Processing- Manage end-to-end payroll cycles with precision
- Preceda System Management- Leverage your expertise in this specialized payroll platform
- Award Compliance- Navigate retail award structures and ensure accurate entitlements
- Employee Relations- Serve as the go-to person for all payroll queries and concerns
- Reporting & Analytics- Provide insights on payroll costs and trends to leadership
- Process Improvement- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll operations
- Proven experience managing standalone payroll operations
- Essential: Hands-on experience with Preceda payroll system
- Strong communication skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
