The Role:
Reporting into a supportive manager, and sitting in a close-knit finance team, your role will be 3 days per week, which includes WFH. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- End to end payroll processing of circa 100 employees
- Work across multiple pay runs, EBAs and awards
- Process improvement initiatives
- Analyse payroll data and trends
- Verify and update superannuation details for employees
- Assist with payroll compliance related tasks
About You:
- 2+ years payroll experience
- Strong communicator with a supportive approach, and enjoy working in a small team
- Ability to use different systems/technology
