Top tier global management consulting firm on the lookout for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join the business on an initial 12 month contract basis to cover an initial maternity leave vacancy.
You will act as the process and knowledge expert for Australian and NZ payroll. You will lead and supervise each payroll cycle and will prepare/review payroll inputs and calculate ETP payment. You will supervise and review work done by the global payroll team in each payroll cycle.
In addition you will create and maintain analytics and reporting tools to track the effectiveness of payroll processes performed by the global team. You will handle daily employee enquiries related to payroll, leave and superannuation.
Finally you will prepare monthly payroll reports, support the annual workers compensation renewal process and perform other ad-hoc related tasks that may be required from time to time.
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum 5-7 years end to end Australia and NZ payroll experience. You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience with project implementation will be advantageous and highly regarded.
