  • We are seeking an experienced P&C Manager to assist a high-growth, scale-up client for a hands-on generalist role reporting to C-Suite.

    The Role: 
    You'll directly partner with C-Suite to revolutionise their people-first approach. 
    • Crafting innovative people solutions that strengthen organisational values while supporting executive leadership with workforce architecture, talent forecasting, and capability enhancement
    • Pioneering initiatives that foster unity, belonging, and achievement, while implementing programs to enhance team satisfaction, commitment, and longevity
    • Orchestrating comprehensive employee journeys from acquisition through transition
    • Ensuring adherence to Australian workplace legislation
    • Spearheading talent acquisition campaigns including position marketing, candidate identification, selection processes, and hiring decisions
    • Creating and implementing growth opportunities that enhance professional capabilities and career advancement
    • Maintaining precise and confidential personnel information systems
    • Remaining at the forefront of workforce management innovations and methodologies
    • Guiding transformation initiatives related to organizational evolution and business realignment
    • Serving as a respected counsel for staff and leadership alike, addressing workplace dynamics, resolving interpersonal challenges, and championing equitable practices
    • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across all talent touchpoints
    About you: 
    • 7+ years of demonstrated expertise in HR Management
    • Higher education credentials in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent discipline
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian employment regulations and human capital best practices
    • Proven track record in cultural advancement, engagement strategy, and performance optimisation
    • Superior verbal, written, and persuasion capabilities
    • Genuine commitment to nurturing a supportive, inclusive, high-achievement environment
    • Experience in fast-growth, entrepreneurial settings with global reach (preferred)
    • Proven ability in scaling operations 
    • Consumer packaged goods industry background (advantageous but not essential)
    • Enthusiasm for balancing tactical execution with strategic vision, collaborating across organisational levels
