About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career professional to build their skills in performance analysis and reporting within a high-growth investment business. Supporting the Head of Performance, you’ll help deliver daily, monthly, and ad hoc reporting for a range of products including equity and fixed income portfolios. Your contribution will be key in ensuring data integrity, servicing client and consultant queries, and maintaining this organisations strong reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and validate daily performance returns across multiple products
• Prepare monthly attribution reports for equity and fixed income strategies
• Conduct data checks and maintain portfolio and benchmark integrity
• Respond to data requests from clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support data accuracy and delivery

• 1–3 years’ experience in investment operations, performance analytics, or a related field
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, STEM or a related discipline
• Experience with SQL
• Strong Excel skills, with VBA experience an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Confident working independently and within a team environment
