Your responsibilities will include:
- Calendar and diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Preparing, editing, and formatting legal documents and professional correspondence
- Assisting with expenses and billing processes
- Opening new client matters and handling conflicts checks
- Liaising with internal teams including Finance, Business Development and Office Operations
- Supporting general workflow, document management and client service delivery

This role is ideal for someone early in their PA journey, or coming from an administrative background in a law firm or professional services (consulting, finance, etc.) and ready to grow into a legal PA role.
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience in legal administration or PA support within a legal, corporate, or consulting environment
- A proactive and adaptable attitude – you’re eager to learn and open to being mentored into a high-performing PA
- Polished communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and professional phone manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, accurate work approach
- The confidence to ask the right questions or seek clarity when needed
- A high level of integrity, discretion, and reliability
- A proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively both independently and in a team
- Tech confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
