Our client is a leading advisory, change, and restructuring consulting firm, trusted by top-tier organisations to provide pragmatic solutions to complex business challenges.
They have an immediate need for a proactive Personal Assistant to support their busy deals team. This role will be project-focused, assisting four Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level diary and email management for four Partners.
- Confidently manage calendars, emails, and communications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Use Outlook and CRM systems to update contacts, schedule meetings, track business development initiatives, and maintain the CRM database.
- Support business development activities and assist with timesheets, travel bookings, and expense management.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, emails, memos, agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel for Partners and their teams.
- Utilise SAP (or similar systems) to raise bills, enter invoices, follow up debtors, run reports, process expenses, and complete weekly timesheets.
- Coordinate events, meetings, catering, and conference calls.
- Provide back-up support to the Office Administration Manager, Admin team, and Reception as required.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in professional services or a similarly dynamic environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing demands confidently and independently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SharePoint is a strong advantage.
- Experience with SAP or other accounting-related software is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive, “can do” attitude with the confidence to take ownership and get stuck in.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for formatting and document accuracy.
