    Our client is a very well-regarded organisation, who offer a range of critical community support services, and work hard to make a difference in times of need. They require a procurement officer to start immediately for an 8-10 week assignment!

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer for a temp contract in the Property Division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to support procurement processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks
    • Provide customer service support
    • Manage contractor and sub-contractor communications
    • Review and process contracts
    • Engage with suppliers and verify their credentials
    • Assist with facilities documentation and contract management
    • Support procurement backlog and ongoing processes
    Requirements
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in procurement or related administrative roles
    • Proficiency in data entry and contract review
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
    Pay: $35-$40 per hour + super, experience dependant
