Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer for a temp contract in the Property Division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to support procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks
- Provide customer service support
- Manage contractor and sub-contractor communications
- Review and process contracts
- Engage with suppliers and verify their credentials
- Assist with facilities documentation and contract management
- Support procurement backlog and ongoing processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in procurement or related administrative roles
- Proficiency in data entry and contract review
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
