An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Manager to join a high-performing bank during a critical growth phase. Reporting directly to the executive leader, you’ll lead the design, development, and end-to-end delivery of lending products across both retail and SME markets.

This is a hands-on, strategically focused role that will suit a commercially astute product leader with deep lending experience and a strong understanding of the digital banking landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of lending products — from strategy and design through to implementation, performance, and optimisation.
• Drive profitable growth and ensure lending products deliver on margin, compliance, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate closely with Technology, Marketing, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional user experience and product performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to ensure commercial competitiveness and compliance.
• Prepare product papers for internal governance, lead UAT initiatives, and act as the internal product champion.

• Several years experience in product management within banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of lending products, including credit policy, pricing, and risk/compliance considerations.
• Proven success launching and managing digital products in agile environments.
• Confident working cross-functionally with tech, data, risk, and operations teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and hands-on delivery skills.
