An excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Accountant to join a growing construction business. This role partners closely with both Finance and Operations, with responsibility for project reporting, cost control, and providing commercial insights across a diverse portfolio. Ideal for someone with proven project accounting experience in the construction sector who is looking to step into a broad, hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project accounting including budgeting, forecasting and cost tracking
• Preparation of WIP, margin and variance analysis across multiple projects
• Month-end close and project reconciliations
• Partnering with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Reporting on project performance and supporting commercial reviews
• Assisting the Finance Manager with ad hoc analysis and reporting requirements

• Proven project accounting experience within the construction sector 
• Strong understanding of WIP, cost control and project reporting
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion
• Excellent communication skills with ability to partner across finance and operations
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and commercially minded
