We’re working with a leading investment firm undergoing a major platform transformation and seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of Investment Operations
- Coordinate and deliver investment operations projects
- Assess business impact of the assigned projects
- Summarize and analyse documenting requirements
- Stakeholder engagement
- Analyse the data within end-to-end processes and seek to improve efficiency
- Identifying possibilities to mitigate risk, standardize underlying processes and improve controls.
- 4+ years relevant experience or worked in a similar role
- Prior experience working within an investment management company is essential
- Strong communication skills in speaking and writing
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & Microsoft Project are necessary.
