About the Role
This is a key role for a Project Manager to lead the local delivery and change management of a global Salesforce implementation, within a fast-paced manufacturing business. While the project is owned by the UK-based parent company and delivered via a global implementation partner, you'll be responsible for ensuring successful execution and adoption across the Australian business. Acting as the bridge between local stakeholders and the global program, you’ll manage communication, coordinate activities, and champion organisational change.
This is an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the opportunity to extend onto other significant projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead local project delivery in alignment with global Salesforce rollout plans
- Act as the primary liaison between the Australian business, UK parent company, and delivery partner
- Coordinate local resources, training, and operational readiness
- Manage stakeholder engagement and change communications
- Identify local risks and issues, escalating and resolving as needed
- Demonstrated experience in project management within complex or matrix environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across local and global teams
- Proven capability in change management, training, and user adoption
- Experience working on CRM implementations (Salesforce preferred)
- Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or similar operational industries
