You'll be responsible for the preparation and delivery of analysis for a portfolio of commercial assets. Specifically you'll undertake leasing deal analysis (NPV, cashflow forecasting, IRR), sensitivity, scenario & value impact analysis and valuations.
You'll also take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and commercial business partnering for your portfolio of assets. This will include coordination of NOI & CAPEX reforecasting, strategic asset plans and associated modelling.
You are a degree qualified Analyst, with approx 3-6 years' relevant experience in an analytical role in the commercial real estate sector - either in-house, agency-side or in an external advisory / consulting capacity (Big 4, vals etc).
Your real estate experience has honed your skills in modelling, valuations, leasing and operational business partnering. And you're now seeking to take the next steps, with one of the industry's leading players.
