  • Recruitment Administrator
  • NDIS & WWCC preferred
  • Short -term Recruitment Administrator required for a large Non-Profit organisation based in the South-Eastern suburbs.

    Please note an NDIS and WWCC will be highly regarded.

    • Temp role - 2-3 months
    • Hybrid working - offices in South-East near a train station

    Exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join a large Disability Services Non-Profit. Hybrid working.
     
    The Company

    Our client is a large non-profit in the Disability Services industry. 


    The Role

    Temporary opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support the HR Business Partner with a wide range of Recruitment administration.  You will be working with a team that is dynamic, enthusiastic, and prides itself on the support it provides to people with a disability.


    This role will support the team on a range of work including:
    • Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
    • Assist with creating HR documentation, including contracts, variation letters and ER letters
    • Telephone screening job applications
    • Reference checking
    • Assisting with onboarding processes
    • Contract administration and all relevant compliance documentation
    • Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
    • Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
    • Updating and maintaining all employee files
    • Entering and maintaining data and records in learning technologies including the Learning Management System.
    About You
    • To be successful for the role you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills 
    • You must have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised, a fast learner and strive in fast paced and high pressure environments.
    • You will be adept to learning new software systems and be naturally tech - savvy
    • NDIS Screening, WWCC and Police Check required
