    About the Role
    We are looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a 360° recruitment role requiring a strong track record in client and candidate management, billing performance, and contributing to the wider team culture. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement, and will play a key role in mentoring peers and shaping team initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • 360° Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, client management, and offer negotiation.
    • Business Development: Demonstrate the ability to originate leads/new clients, independently run client meetings, negotiate agreements & terms and develop strong client relationships.
    • Candidate Management: Ability to proactively source appropriate candidates through various channels, run candidate interviews and offer advice/coaching to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Cross Sell: Successfully cross-sell into client accounts, working collaboratively with consultants across various divisions.
    Required Experience
    • Experience in a 360° recruitment role or relevant sales experience.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed billing targets and manage client relationships effectively.
    • Comfortable running client meetings and representing the business professionally.
    • Demonstrated initiative in supporting internal cultural or operational activities.
