About the Role
In this dynamic and fast-paced position, you’ll be the first point of contact for all international sales enquiries, primarily across the US and EU markets. You'll manage key communications, resolve customer queries, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of projects and promotional activities. This is a hands-on role offering a mix of administration, project coordination, and marketing support.
Initial 4-week temp assignment with opportunity for extension or permanent conversion for the right candidate. Immediate start required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to international sales enquiries via phone and email
- Troubleshoot customer issues and identify effective solutions
- Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities
- Support the Sales Operations Manager with sales admin for AU & NZ
- Deliver an exceptional experience for international clients
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Logistics, Purchasing, and Compliance
- Manage international projects and support initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support internal collaboration and process improvements
- Create marketing collateral using Canva templates
- Coordinate activity calendars and promotional campaigns
- Liaise with distributors on branding and assist with brand hub support
- Minimum 1 year experience in administration, business support, or contact centre roles
- Exposure to international operations or liaison with overseas clients
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Experience or understanding of sales and marketing functions
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Project coordination skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Canva or similar tools is a plus
