We’re working with a respected investment organisation to recruit a Senior Analyst for a commercially focused role spanning investment governance, valuation review, and strategic advisory work.

You’ll work across a sophisticated portfolio—supporting investment teams by providing independent insights, conducting valuation analysis, and helping to shape risk-aware, commercially sound decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent reviews of valuations and provide analytical insights
• Support investment teams with transaction oversight, operational review, and controls
• Assist with mandate compliance, governance processes, and risk identification
• Partner with stakeholders across investments, strategy, and risk functions
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of investment frameworks and policies

• 5+ years’ experience in investment management, Big 4 (Deals, Valuations, Risk), or advisory
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on analysis, governance, and stakeholder engagement
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with tools like Power BI or VBA is a plus
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across investment and corporate teams
