    About the Role
    We are seeking a Senior AR Officer to ensure accurate and timely billing for residents. Working closely with internal stakeholders, this role will be responsible for managing complex billing queries, complaint resolution, financial reconciliations, and process improvements.

    This position is based in Cremorne and offers a hybrid work arrangement—two days in the office and three days from home.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure billing processes comply with aged care legislation and reporting obligations.
    • Oversee the distribution of incoming emails via the ticketing system and manage the AR phone queue.
    • Handle complex resident billing queries and provide satisfactory resolutions.
    • Assist with monthly and fortnightly billing runs and audits.
    • Support the Billing Manager with month-end processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
    • Approve weekly RAD refunds as required.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for Epicor system testing.
    • Work alongside the Billing Manager to identify system and process improvements.
    • Assist with data migration for new acquisitions.
    • Maintain strong relationships with Finance, Customer Relations, and Legal teams.
    What You’ll Bring
    • A strong background spanning AR/ Billings
    • Aged care AR/ Billing experience required
    • Experience using Epicor desireable, however other packages are suitable
    • Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience handling complex resident reconciliations and explaining financial matters to residents or their representatives.
    • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Self-starter, having a lot of flexibility on managing your own workload
    • Strong analytical skills to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a growing organisation.
