This is a highly-visible, strategic business partnering role, which will see you manage the property accounting and analytics teams and partner with the asset management & leasing teams. You'll provide decision support and insights to a range of operational stakeholders, you'll lead leasing performance, valuations, support cap trans, asset onboarding/offboarding and drive business improvement initiatives.
You are a CA or CPA qualified senior finance leader, with extensive commercial real estate experience and a track record of managing high performance teams across property accounting and analysis. You're experienced in supporting asset management stakeholders and driving change, and you thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
