Join a leading global travel and event management company supporting their C-Suite and wider APAC team during a period of 8-weeks leave cover. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that blends classic EA support with office coordination.
The Role
You’ll provide high-level administrative and executive support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Complex diary and international travel management across multiple time zones
- Inbox management, correspondence, and preparation of meeting agendas and follow-ups
- Preparing and formatting presentations, reports, and PowerPoint decks
- Coordinating meetings and supporting teams such as Sales & Marketing
- Managing reception – greeting visitors, calls, mail, and office presentation
- Ordering supplies, managing maintenance, and assisting with APAC office coordination
- Supporting HR and culture activities, sustainability initiatives, and internal events
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Polished, adaptable, and proactive with a can-do attitude
- Experienced in senior-level EA support within fast-moving environments
- Skilled in diary management, international travel booking, and PowerPoint presentations
- Confident using SharePoint and MS Office
- Happy to be the go-to person for both executives and office support needs
- Start date: ASAP – covering leave until early December
- Hours: 9:00am – 6:30pm (flexible based on executive schedule)
- Location: Redfern – modern offices with a smart-casual culture
- Parking: Limited staff parking available via roster; easy access via Central or Redfern Station (6-minute walk)
- Work pattern: 5 days in the office
