You'll play an integral role in providing commercial decision support to a variety of operational stakeholders, in a diverse and dynamic team environment. Your core remit will be to work with senior business leaders to drive growth, optimise performance and support the firm's transformation journey.
You will partner extensively with marketing, looking at ROI analysis, performance insights, campaign planning, channel mix decisions and marketing investment scenario modelling.
You'll also drive long term strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, business case development, process improvement and the transition of data into commercial/financial insights.
You are an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner, with expertise in financial analysis, operational stakeholder management and complex financial modelling.
You'll have prior extensive experience partnering with marketing in an e-commerce and/or B2C/D2C environment, within a growth-phase, multi-brand organisation.
