Leading, ASX-listed, diversified property group seeking experienced, CA (or CPA) qualified Senior Finance Manager with property funds experience.

Reporting into the Financial Controller of this ASX listed diversified property Group, you're responsible for driving financial/management reporting, tax, compliance and analysis for a portfolio of property funds. As well as managing a high-performance team.
More specifically, you'll have oversight of management reporting, financial statements, board papers, tax and compliance for your portfolio. Whilst you'll also oversee preparation of variance analysis, commentaries, Q&A documents and ad hoc requests.
You will also be instrumental in the provision of technical accounting advice around ad hoc scenarios and significant transactions (such as acquisitions, divestments and other capital transactions). And in conjunction with the FC and senior management team, you'll develop & implement change management strategies and drive continuous process improvement.
Finally, you'll partner with key stakeholders, in delivering decision support to Fund Managers, Asset Managers and senior finance stakeholders. Whilst interacting externally with investors, auditors and consultants.
You are an experienced, ambitious CA (or CPA) qualified finance leader, ideally trained in a Big 4 or mid-tier environment, with prior staff management experience and exceptional technical knowledge in Australian accounting standards.
Property sector experience (specifically property funds) will be required. Whilst intermediate - advanced Excel skills will be well regarded.
Above all else, you'll be an excellent communicator, confident, and skilled at dealing with stakeholders at all levels and across all disciplines.
